• Project co-ordination for MRI Installations.
• Site surveys for the project.
• Undertake pre/post sales service tasks; installation, testing, calibration, commissioning, maintenance service to customer, on call service to customer and support.
• Periodically conduct the PM of every site.

• Actively participate in product development cycle to provide serviceability and user level inputs.

• Understand the customer’s needs and problems and escalate them to the Development team.

• Remote troubleshooting and support.
• Worked with the International Team for the different Projects in South east Asia. Have experience in working in South East Asia.
• Accomplished 10 machines project in Indonesia & 2 machines project in India.
• Successfully helped Development team for the Product Development.
