Job Description :
overseeing creation of processes and methods to gather supply chain data
Process data, identifying problematic areas and suggesting improvements
Design and implement necessary supply chain optimization projects
Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures
Work with IT professionals to implement efficient systems
Assigned form Electrolux Europe to Develop and maintain the country KPIs To design, customize and
generate Automated reports for All Egypt supply chain performance
Assigned from Electrolux Europe to Develop SC BPD for People management to Improve SC Egypt skills and competencies and for Cost saving to improve NOWC, TCO and MHP .
Ordering control:-
Coordinates schedule of activities with customer on production control, planning, scheduling,
Shipping, order administration and Order Management/Planning.
Review and analyse sales forecast and inventory data and take required action to create the most
Optimal Monthly Production Schedule (MPS) with minimum inventory exposure.
Analyse weekly supply versus demand and implement any required actions to align with the over-all
business strategy; initiate discussions with Demand regarding any changes needed to supply; and
Make recommended adjustments to inventory based on demand trends.
Monitor FG shortages, identify root causes, and develop/implement corrective actions, and
Communicate such to management.
Material control:-
Develops material planning models to ensure material Availability.
Utilizes models for determining material planning parameters for Components.
Maintain component inventory and adjust based on customer demand
Production control:-
Develops “RCCP” to identify the production bottle necks in the internal Departments and finding the
Proper solutions to overcome the capacity constraints.
Conduct capacity planning “CRP “and provide input to production management and engineering
Management to identify and resolve parts issues.
Estimating the Manpower required for achieving the MPS based on the Labour productivity target.
Inbound :-
Create the purchase orders for both local and imported items based on “MRP”, to maintain
Availability And inventory level.
Work collaboratively with suppliers to analyse, identify, and resolve Materials ‘availability And Quality Issues/problems.
Planning and controlling the production processes in the factory through supervising setting the daily, weekly
and monthly production plans and following-up on the production processes progress in order to achieve
The expected productivity.
Implement the material requirements planning (MRP) techniques through effective usage of the plant MRP
system to minimize inventories while assuring product availability based on Lead time, Safety stock, Reorder
point, Inventory on hand & Material on the way
Creating and Following up the PO’s for the spare parts of the sewing Machines
