• Responsible for the safety of the manufacturing team.
• Leads a population of around 250 employees, including 4 direct managers and 2 direct reporting engineers.
• Aligns the plant operations to the company’s vision, purpose and priorities.
• Leads the transformation of the 7 Production Lines to operate-maintain model.

• Lead First full kiln (furnace) audit (thermal and material balance) conducted by local team.

Achievements:
• Innovated a process change in cement manufacturing that was recognized by Lafarge Cement as outstanding and
resulted in promotion to Senior Process Engineer as a step to become the Process Engineering Head.
• Lead the improvement of the cement mills reliability from 78% to 95% in 5 months.
