*Responsible for receipt of architectural drawings from the Italian consultant to make studies and coordination with both the Office of Construction Consultant and Services Consultant in Cairo.
*Follow-up reports from the site to preparing bill of progresses for contractors .
*Preparing for contracting with subcontractors.
Make quantity survey for all items.
*Responsible for the amendments required for the units of the project and review with the Italian consultant for adoption of the implementation.

*rearrange the information received from the site to follow up on schedule and send it to the consultants for approval.
