• Manage and coordinate Project Activities, to ensure that works are implemented safely, to the specified requirements, within schedule and in a cost-effective manner.
• Supervising all the piping erection activities and installation of all piping components at the site as well as all primary and secondary supports according to P&ID and isometrics, and arranging/witnessing the performance of the hydro-test packs.
• Turnover package coordinator for piping systems.
• Prepare surveillance notices and punch list to document non-conforming conditions.
• Implement Project Construction Quality Control/Assurance requirements including inspection and witness testing of Contractor(s)’ in-process and completed installations.
• Ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule.
• Ensure the latest design documents and shop drawings are being used.
• Provide and coordinate responses to Contractor(s)’ Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Actively participates in scheduled weekly project safety walks and meetings.
• Communicate with design engineers on solving any site problems.
• Review and endorse contractor’s invoices for payment.
• Coordinate all corrective actions by contractors.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the Project.
