• Review received documents of awarded project BOQ, technical specifications & drawings.
• Send RFI to site & project consultant after reviewing all technical data to avoid any conflict.

• Preparation of technical comparison sheets to ensure that all offers meet the required
technical conditions & standards according to project specifications and to be apple to apple.
• Receiving the price quotations. (Competitive quotes) and prepare a schedule of commercial
comparison.
• Establish delivery terms, time, and stages of inspection for the supply with the project
management team.
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining a high level of integrity
in the process of issuance purchase orders.
• Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this
regard.
