Key Assignments Handled in managing the projects,

1. Responsible for Turnkey projects (Development, civil, Architectural & electro- mechanical works) as well as industrial mega projects & pre-engineering steel structure buildings.
2. Review Design, cost estimates and prepare execution plan for handled projects as well as MP allocation for projects.
3. Review the shop drawings to ensure with owner performance criteria, and ensure the compliance with (Architectural, structural, refrigeration and electro- mechanical works)
4. Identifying the needed resources and assign the individual responsibilities.
5. Create, execute, monitor, analyses, correct and develop the projects work plan
with full coordination from owner and projects included team.
6. Manage the site for executing, testing and commissioning the construction
plan.
7. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects scope.
8. Review and validate deliverable from team before passing to consultant and
owner.
9. Effectively applies our methodologies and enforces projects standards and
engineering codes.
10. Ability to manage different sites and projects same time same efficiency.
11. Giving the material submittal approval as per the projects protocol for
signatures and order for PO.
12. Responsible for connection of projects utilities and allocating MP for the
governmental relation follow up such as (Electricity, Water, sewerage &
internet) until the connection to the project.
13. Leading the archive team for keeping all the projects documents well-arranged
soft copied as well as developing excel sheets for archiving team for quickest
searching of any required project document.
14. Weekly meeting with all projects engineers for best coordination to avoid any
possible wastage of project (Manpower(man-hour), material or cost)
15. In charge for Technical Validation for all the quotations of any (construction/
renovation) project in any factory related to the company.
16. Controlling all the project emails and replying all the received emails on time
without delaying, Highlighting projects delay and document it in terms of
money and time, based on solid analysis.
17. Working on SAP activities for projects module to produce the following:-
A) Projects creation WBS (Asset under construction, developments project, Renovation project...etc.)
b) Projects activity creation and BOQ creation in system.
C) PR creations and approval as per the authority matrix.
d) Follow with the PUR to open PO for approved PRs.
E) Service entry sheets creation for projects payments (WIP, Final payments, other payments EX (Service payments like (sewerage, electricity) Bills
f) Follow up with PUR to accept SES and then accounts for payment on time. g) Monthly payment report automated SAP withdrawal, validation for all payments / period and closure for the monthly period with accounts team. h) Other activities for department like Material reservations.
18. Giving OJ training for internal department engineers and other civil engineers in company different plants.
19. Giving technical supports for all plants complicated projects and submit solutions and technical support till final handover snag list completion and projects closure and final payment.

 Erection of the steel structure including trusses and all steel members with related activities (purlins, wire mesh fiber glass installation, end walls sheeting & roof sheeting)
 Fire-walls construction for separating the factories warehouses areas from production areas including the ceiling separation.
 All concrete members (UGTs, Rafts, Retaining walls, isolated & combined footings, pedestals, flat slabs, slab on grade, decking slabs, columns, ......etc.)
 Sandwich panel with highest specifications in installation ways for ensuring zero thermal leakage including foam injection for joints and above t-sections below flat sheets & fully aware of installation.
 Extruded tiles and hygiene epoxy grouts and doing technical validations based on area required criteria and conditions.
 Fully aware of Soil investigations, topographical studies, Shoring, dewatering for projects.
 Fully aware of application and uses for Sectional doors, PVC high speed doors, Automatic sliding Main gates, Stainless steel (automatic sliding doors, single leaf doors, double leaf doors, fire rated doors, pollards), Rolling shutters, dock levelers, ..........etc.
 Aluminum cladding and composite cladding.
 Cement boards, melamine partitions, HPL, gypsum boards, aluminum false
ceilings, ...etc.
 Firefighting systems including all related works (firefighting pumps sets, water
sprinklers (pendant, upright), foam system, novec cylinders for electrical panels, FM200 for (IT server rooms, switch gear rooms, ATS rooms, generator synchronizing panels room, electrical panels rooms)
 Fire alarm with related detectors (heat, smoke), beam detectors for big spanned areas.
 Access control with magnetic locks for doors, BMS.
 Air compressors with galvanized pipes networking.
 Drinking waters with related works passing by sand filter and RO plants.
 Under ground water tanks waterproofing systems from (PVC membranes (from
sika, Insurap), hygiene epoxy paintings).
 Systems for waterproofing and thermal insulation.
 Thermal insulations below slab on grade and decking slabs for chillers and freezers
using extruded Styrofoam and other highest specifications.
 Waterproofing systems below the slab on grade and the decking slabs using normal
bitumen membranes and using special painting materials from (SIKA, BASF &
FOSAM).
 Waterproofing for the roof corrugated sheeting using different systems (sikalatic
560 using fiber mesh for the joints, polyurethane system 70 mm and UV protection
paint above, polyuria systems (BASF & SIKA).
 Flooring hygiene system solutions (PURCEUM, U-Crete, ...etc).
