Taking control over all of the daily containers movements ( Import & Export ) and updating our agency system and also shipping line system ( Sap )
Monitoring our daily slot in all of Egyptian terminals and comparing its availability with our bookings
Handling all of our clients claims
Direct communication with our shipping line head office in all logistical aspects, our slot, claims & issues .
Updating our agency system and shipping line main system with all of discharging and loading movements of every vessel once it departs from any of Egyptian terminals through TDR ( Terminal Departure Report ) .
Handling all of Parcels that our head office send to us as spare parts to be delivered on time once the vessel starts its operations .
Handling all of our clients shipments from A to Z once we receive the SD from our client we process it through the following :
sending to shipping lines an E-mails to update our Quotes of export freight monthly and annually and sort them by destinations .
handling any of customs clearance through our customs brokers and in-land freight to our customers ( upon their request ) .
building a strong relation ships with our clients to ensure offering them the perfect service and makes them to feel satisfaction and following up their shipments and notifying them daily with their cargo rotation until it discharges it its final destination .
very good experience in dealing with ( Flexi -Tank ) shipments .
building very good relation ship with shipping lines to offer us best freight rate with large volumes .
Data Entry of all import manifests that is sent to us from every Turkish ports and also American ports to our agency syatem and posting them on to customs main site .
giving every client his D/O to release his shipments once the vessels complete its discharging against original B/L or to be confirmed as a telex release from our head office .
calculating all Storage and Detentions over any shipment according to terminal import tariffs .
Answering all of our clients questions concerning their shipments and vessels arrival times .
monitoring all the Long Lasting units and keeping in touch with them to facilitate releasing their cargo .
• Bachelor degree in accounting from Faculty of commerce Alexandria university (English section - Accounting Major) with Grade Pass by 64.2 % graduation year: 2011.
