Maintenance and Projects Manager at Cement Plant main duties :

1-Establish management Policy and procedures in line with the objectives and Strategies approved by the board of Directors.

2-Define yearly maintenance objectives & key performance indicators based on the sales program.
3-Promote the company image and defined environmental aspects in agreement With the defined environmental policy

4-Define the Annual Maintenance Budget, Training Plan, Promotions Plan.
5-Plan, develop & implement an Annual effective preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs ensuring optimum usage of all resources including know how, man power, tools, spare parts and time available to minimize the troubleshooting and maximize the efficiency, productivity and improve the overall performance of the maintenance Department by using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS ) .
6-Analyze maintenance cost and technical ratios & define any necessary corrective measures like maximize spare parts localization manufactured.

7-Establish a control & Monitoring system to achieve the Company objectives .
8-Review the annual CAPEX Plan regarding Sustainability & Development projects.
9-Review all Contracts& Direct Investments for green field and Revamping Projects approved by the Board and Proceed with Procurements, CFB preparation, Bidders Offers study, Technical and Commercial Analysis including review Equipments specifications, payment conditions, Warrantee Condition, spare parts and commissioning and start up conditions, provisional acceptance and final Acceptance conditions …..Etc…….according to the Bid requirements.

10- Review all Projects Equipments delivers, payment and execution Time schedule.

11-Manage meetings with all Equipments manufacturers and contractors and follow up the time schedule
Progress and resolve any conflicts and eliminate any deviations.

12- Prepare, develop and review all Projects constructions Schedules & Plans including delivers, payment and execution Time schedule.
13-Manage & Coordinate human resources and obtain all necessary services and competent Staff for the Projects, training, performance assessment, recruitment and careers.

14-Manage, monitor and follow up the Projects progress against agreed schedules & Plans and manage the quality, risks, changes & finanical implications .

15-Implement Projects no load test, commissioning, performance test and Provisional acceptnce

8- Elaborate and or update Equipment Risk assessement periodically .
