Key Deliverables: -Review and enhance Risk Strategies, Plans, Business continuity and business impact analysis for the department. .

Leading Issuance of different Reports such as monthly forecast,
Business as usual Reports, and Dashboard ....etc.
Attend and contributes effectively in Finance, Business reporting, PMO,
Scrum, Preflight Framework.
Leading section Review meetings.
Analyzing, issuing recommendations, rolling wave planning and train
project coordinators in EV reporting according to PWA portfolio needs.
Drive and lead p6, to customize and design reports in p6 environment
aligned with Ashghal portfolio and according to business needs.
