Prepare and implement annual HR Plan to support overall strategic aims of the organization
Identify, design and implement strategic HR projects
Oversee company recruitment process and ensure a supply of candidates with the right capabilities to meet business needs.
Work closely with senior and line managers to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the organization.
Ensure legal compliance of all HR activities
Review the monthly payroll and present to GM for approval
Prepare the yearly employees related budget and Present to BoD for approval
Ensure adherence to company codes of conduct and disciplinary procedures
Manage company investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures
Oversee new-employee orientations
Direct employee training and development programs to bridge capacity and capability gaps within the organization
Manage the company’s performance management system, including appraisal and bonus systems
Ensure the establishment of HR standards, requirements, policies and procedures that encourage an effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization. Ensure HR policies and procedures handbook is comprehensive and up to date.
Design and oversee the company’s talent management and succession planning program
Manage the implementation of company compensation and benefits policies
Oversee implementation of company salary scales, ensuring that merit and fairness principles are considered
Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale

Responsible of HR and Admin department external and internal audit with Finance department
Any dispute of company, deals with company lawyer and full fill the requirements of
Lawyer for case from admin side.
