• Coordination with clients from the start of inbound lead, to supporting sales staff with
client meetings and being the point of contact after the sale.
• Providing the clients with updates on their investment and relevant company/ sector
updates.

outgoing, along with preparing the company’s financial statements in preparation for year

• Responsible for E-shots (both creation and post-send).
• Creation and set up of their first marketing campaign.
• Creation, editing and release of marketing collateral videos in English, Arabic and Chinese.
• Co-ordinating with designers to create the company’s marketing collateral including fact
sheets and brochures.
• Responsible for all social media and posting.
