As a Senior Quality Analyst at Hunter Foods Limited, I am entrusted with ensuring compliance with the set quality assurance plans and with acquiring the plethora of Quality Management certifications along with developing procedures for the 31 year old establishment, with the objective of transcending the company to the epitome of its genus.
The Objectives entrusted upon me focus on conforming with the quality management system development and implementations, defining laboratory procedures, certifications, in-process securitizations, auditing standardization and governmental regulations.
• Created standard operating procedures as per ISO 22000:2015 & FSSC 22000 Ver 4.1 for varied tasks being performed, with incorporating the acquired HACCP principles.
• Successfully acquired the HALAL status for particular products as well as completed the HALAL certification of the premises.
• Established continuous tracking and improvement in consumption of a key substance i.e. Frying Oil. Implemented the Oil usage and quality management stages across the spectrum of products being produced based upon the Free Fatty Acid %, Peroxide Value and the optimum Sodium content, needed to deliver and maintain the highest quality of product over its stipulated shelf life.
• Ensured compliance for packaging material design and artwork as per customer requirement and regulatory obligations of the destination country.
• Liaising on regular basis with the Business Development team for satisfying the Technical requirements of customers, based in over 16 nations on regular basis.
