I am experienced in reviewing Scope of Work (SOW), design packages, technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project milestones to ensure constructability and successful execution. I regularly coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, inspection teams, maintenance organizations, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues, monitor project progress, and maintain alignment with project objectives.

My technical experience includes HVAC systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, chilled water piping (CHWP), mechanical piping, pumps, valves, hydrotesting, flushing, commissioning readiness, shutdown planning, procurement coordination, and mechanical construction supervision. I also conduct site inspections, lead coordination meetings, review contractor performance, evaluate technical submittals, monitor construction progress, and support project handover activities.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, contractor supervision, technical problem-solving, risk identification, schedule monitoring, and construction quality control. I believe in proactive communication, teamwork, and maintaining close coordination between engineering, construction, inspection, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
