• Led a team of L&D professionals resulting to achieve the department strategic objective in 9 months of activating Zakat & Tax Academy by offering different learning interventions
• Launched 5 long flagship development programs with 69% of GAZT employees had joined the programs and 4300 offered seats and outstanding satisfaction rate .

• Ensure the Learning & Development Administration function maximises efficiency and productivity.
• Manages Learning activities to unsure high quality of services with high satisfaction rate
• Ensure implementation of the annual training calendar and offering the right portfolio of training options.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to assess needs, curate, structure training content to maximize learner engagement and ensure successful execution of all training programs.
• Manage Zakat & Tax Academy budget activities to be more efficient and serve GAZT strategy.

• Manages all Human Capital Department Operations such to unsure high quality of services with high satisfaction rate
• Oversees all development activities to align with REGA strategy and individual needs
• Responsible of implementing HR system to transfer all manual processes to be automated and integrated with other systems
• Manage all HC budget activities to be more efficient and serve HC plans
• Managing the transformation of SATORP in both initiatives of Promoting Learning Culture and Knowledge Sharing Culture.
• In charge of revisiting the current leadership competencies, building assessment tool and aligning learning solutions.
• Responsible for sourcing and implementing the best E-learning solutions for SATORP and evaluating the effectiveness.
• Assigned to evaluate and contract for an English development program provider and assuring of the program success.
• Responsible for managing and planning Leadership Development Programs for different managerial levels at the organization.
• Aligning Learning Solutions with Corporate Competencies that help the organization to enhance employees’ performance and fill full the competency gap.
• Providing a full road map for engineers career development to make sure they are aware about their career path and making sure compliance with SABIC Manufacturing career development guideline .
• Acting as Counselor with the employees and helping them with the technical ladder and career path and encourage them to move toward self-development.
• Guide and support assignment leaders to maintain the execution of Engineers Early Development Program by ensure the program cycle occurs and activities are tracked.
• Playing pivotal role in the HR team through coordinating and delivering specialist support to key initiatives in establishing the company talent management and development programs.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the comprehensive MS Project plan for the initiative of the Fresh Graduate Development Program.
• Planning and delivering group and individual awareness presentations to guide employees when using the talent development planning and evaluation tools.
• Participating in establishing and reviewing relevant HR policies and procedures.
• Delivering counselling sessions to the company apprentice employees for preventive and remedial purposes.
