-Installing DB Schenker's system on a laptop using BIOS.
-Remotely troubleshooting.
-Configuration IP for RF scanners.
-Printer troubleshooting and setup via USB or network IP.
-Network troubleshooting.
-Report for ISP issues.
-Management for CCTV cameras.
-IT equipment orders and deals with the supplier.
-Managing, troubleshooting Outlook user mailboxes.

Working in help desk and my main responsibilities were the below:
- Maintaining active directory record.
- Formatting and re-installing computers.
- Linking devices using Switch.
- Imaging, backing up all the information from the computer. Then, recover it on another computer with the same model using a boot.
- Activating Windows on the computers and dividing the hard disc and shrinking it into two partitions.
- Activating the administration of setting new passwords.
