• Witnessing Calibration, Loop Checking & Functional Tests of all kind of instruments, Analyzers, Control / On-Off Valves, Fire & Gas equipment’s etc.
• Oversaw the installation & testing of Electrical / Pneumatic Hook-Ups.
• Installation inspection of impulse tube, airline pneumatic air header as per hook-up and AFC Drawing & Inspection of pressure testing /leak test of all pneumatic lines, impulse lines etc.
• Prepare Mechanical Completion Dossiers, As-built drawings, Electrical and Instrument Loop test Packages, Efficiently Prepare Site Inspection & Quality Inspection reports as per the approved procedures, inspection test plans, codes & standards.
• Represents the company in final walkthrough, Generation of Punch lists, expedite timely close out as per A, B and C categories

• Carry out instruments servicing and calibration
• Servicing and Maintenance of Microprocessor based transmitters, pneumatic/electronic controllers, actuators, gauges and indicators, experienced in calibration of field instruments, installation and testing of Field instruments, F&G devices etc.
• Dismantling, assembling, servicing and calibration of pneumatic and hydraulic operated control valves of all sizes and its accessories of SMART Electro pneumatic positioner, position transmitter, air filter regulator, limit switches and solenoid operated valve.etc

• Involved in Maintenance Activities like Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance jobs, Permit Requisition, Safety Talk, Maintenance Personnel Job distribution as per Approved Operation and Maintenance Procedures.
• Inspection of routine work, Responsible for Day to Day Activities involved with Central Control Room in Paper Machine Division, Pulp Mills, and Boiler Utility Plats etc.
