Job Profile:
• Develop and manage four fast track projects worth 5B SAR in hospitality and Retail business in design consultancy stage with multi-international firms including Midrar (design manager consultant), ZFP (Visitor Center design consultant), Dar Al-Omran (Service Apartment Design Consultant ), EGEC ( KEC head office project).
• Work closely with consultants to deliver projects for closings and groundbreakings.
• Develop projects tender plans, response to RFI and assist on proposals technical evaluation such as Geotechnical soil investigation, feasibility study...etc.
• Assist on procurement strategy and construction phases
• Oversees market research and feasibility study of fast track projects and funding resources.
• Assist on master planning and LAP
Job Profile:
• Assist in urban planning a 6 million square meter development
• Playing a key role in the development of KEC’s business plan and investor kit presentations
• Responsible for the overall management, development, implementation, operation, maintenance and training activities of KEC's GIS systems.
• Overseeing survey work and control Plot-ID (Kuroki) issuance process.
• Managing all land transactions with Economic Cities Authority, such as Plot-IDs and Deeds
• Developing executive reports for the CEO including master plan data, land development analysis, and maps.
• Managing the relationship with regulatory authorities including assisting in regulations development.
