Responsible for managing all Human Resources related activities including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, payroll and personnel administration to ensure that all Human Resources functions are carried out in an effective manner. As well as, managing Ci- Net’s administrative services, security and office maintenance activities for all departments in order to contribute in achieving the departments’ objectives.
Strategy Formulation:
* Develop the Human Resources & Administration department’s strategic objectives and KPIs and ensure that they are in line with Ci- Net’s corporate strategy and that the Department’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
* Ensure that the department’s manpower plan is in line with Ci- Net’s overall corporate strategy.
Payroll:
* Develop and maintain the attendance system to ensure compliance with Ci- Net’s working hour’s policy
* Prepare and execute monthly payroll and follow-up on the implementation of Personnel services related to salaries, premiums, leaves, penalties, transfer, promotions, provision of benefits, end of service and contract renewal as per the labor law and the company’s policies & procedures.
* Maintain correct calculation of social Security (PIFSS) for current, leaving and joining Kuwaiti employees.
Budget & Cost Control:
*Develop the Human Resources & Administration department’s annual budget.
Policies & Procedures:
* Develop, recommend updates and follow up on the implementation of the departmental policies and procedures in line with the department’s objectives.
* Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
Human Resources Activities:
* Manage the recruitment activities for Ci- Net including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, job offers, employment contracts, new employee orientation and probationary period.
*Manage the exit interview process in order to identify reasons for employee termination/resignation.
* Manage the development and implementation of the performance management system in line with Ci- Net’s policies, and link it to the bonus and promotions scheme in order to reflect rewards based on excellence and merit for Ci- Net’s employees.
* Recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance and carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
* Manage the personnel administration process with respect to the following activities: Personnel Files, Retirement, Resignation, Termination, Grievance Handling, Conflict of interest, Disciplinary action, Time & Attendance, End of service benefits, Leaves, Overtime, other employee administrative issues.
Administration Activities:
* Oversee all purchasing activities for Ci- Net including (furniture, equipment, and stationeries…) as well as, evaluate and provide approval on all quotations received to conclude on the selected supplier.
* Manage matters related to office security and deal with any security breach incidents in order to maintain a safe environment for the employees at Ci- Net.
* Manage and monitor negotiations with governmental authorities to determine agreements, and to minimize the possibilities of dispute on human resources related matters.
Reports:
* Review and submit reports on a regular basis to top management that cover all the Human Resources and Administration Department’s activities.
