- Design, plan and monitor the construction of major company projects.
- Interface with teams of professionals including Architects, Civil & Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, and all Specialist Consultants appointed for the particular projects.
- Responsible for the coordination to implement at site the design and construction of the internal treatment are in accordance with the design drawings, details and finishes selection made by the design team are retained, approved and signed-off.
- Coordinate and Integrate other related building elements with the design works as specified in the drawings of the relevant consultants:-
• Architectural.
• Acoustic Consultants.
• Audio Visual Consultant.
• Structural Cabling Consultant.
• Building Security System Consultant.
• Fire Fighting Consultant.
- Regular site visits to check on progress, ensure that the project as per design and specification.
- Coordinate the work with contractors and suppliers.
- Have a good experience of getting the certifications and approvals from all the authorities.
- Make a full landscape design with detailed drawings and specifications.
- Prepare a variety of designs and present it to clients as their choices for their building design.
- Prepare daily reports of the construction activities within each area of responsibilities.
- Maintain and update computer files for architectural designs using Autocad.
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications.
- follow up the process of the work with all authorities .
