Coordination & Optimization of the Operations department, in order to improve the company's efficiency, and therefore: establishing new policies and procedures in compliance with the established security directives, creating evaluation tools and statistics to evaluate the result of these procedures, elaborating monthly Operational Reportings, coordinating new contracts implementations, communicating with clients, processing the necessary administrative documents, and acting as "backup" for the Operational Manager whenever necessary.
