Responsible in setting profit-based sales targets, quotas, sales forecasting, and strategy to execute sales plans. Besides selling, I also responsible in insuring that costumers are satisfied with our excellent after sales services.
Entered as a sales (Per October 2011). Currently my position is the sales & product manager of this industrial laboratory equipments - distributor company with wide ranging customers, including: food industry, feed industry, beverage industry, dairy industry, sugar industry, pharmaceutical, chemical, research center, universities, etc.
I am familiar with the way of operating, calibrating and troubleshooting of various instruments as my company hold sole distributorship of various brands, including: osmometers & cryoscope from Advanced Instruments (USA); refractometers & polarimeters from Bellingham+Stanley (UK), which we also trusted to be the service center for Indonesia; for microbiology laboratory, we distribute auto platter and colony counter from Spiral Biotech (USA); for general laboratory equipments such as pH & conductivity meter, automatic titrator, spectrophotometer, capillary viscometer, etc, we distribute equipments from Schott Instruments Analytics (Germany).
Work description of current position: Responsible in understanding the potential costumer's needs of industrial laboratory instrument, and processing the created lead until the purchase order successfully received. Besides selling, I also responsible in insuring costumer satisfaction by providing them with excellent after sales services.
