Project Role : Civil Site Engineer - Buildings
Coordinate with sub-contractors on site as per their scope of work, in order to ensure that the sub-contractor’s activities are completed on time and in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
On a daily basis, overseeing the requisition of materials and plant and resources allocation. Monitor materials, equipment
and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
Manage material supplies daily to ensure each area of work has the correct material and is correctly arranged as per
method statement 100% of the time. Ensure minimal allowable wastage targets are met.
Support quality and safety targets by adhering to 100% of items listed in method statement and risk assessment.
Achieve a HSE monthly audit score of 90% or above by adhering to HSE regulations and requirements.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:
* Monitoring the earthworks and road construction with subcontractors about 4 million m3 cut and fill.
* Supervision of infra structural networks such as Drainage, sewer, storm water, portable water and irrigation.
* Supervision of pipes laying, bedding, backfilling and testing.
* Supervision of concrete works of manholes, inspection chambers and Under Ground Water Tanks and its finishes.
* Supervision of concrete works of transformers electrical rooms and its finishes.
* Supervision and controlling of site inspection and survey works.
* Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project
Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
* Direct managing of execution of engineering works and provide technical supports to all the civil work groups at
site.
* Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical groups.
* Monitoring the site activities of the site foreman and providing technical guidance to construct the work in
accordance with the project specification.
* Supervision of all kinds of underground utilities & service related with civil works.
* Participating in weekly review meeting with the consultant.
* Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports as required.
* Ensuring implementing the overall safety on site construction.
Handled day to day site activities under supervision of the senior engineer.
Supervision of concrete works of foundations, columns and flat slabs.
Monitoring the site activities of the site foreman and providing technical guidance to construct the work.
Project Management Diploma (PRMG), at American University in Cairo Project planning and technique course, introduces the main concepts of project planning, including how to set objectives, estimate resource requirements and plan each project phase. Project budgeting and financial control course, introduces the key concepts involved in project budgeting and financial control, including cash flow analysis and financial transaction reporting.
