As a processing assistant my key role is cross checking physical documents versus system, data encoding. Process stages of auto finance applications, organizing files and communicate Thru email with banking and sales representatives.

As a Sales Manager my key role is to assure sales revenue target are met. Conduct trainings and refresher course for individual progress. Conduct coaching. Goal settings.
As an Admin my responsibility is to make sure EOD and MTD reports are sent accurately. Gives feedback and observation for business. Also act as Marketing representative to continuously introduce the business to clients and make agreements for business progress.
Customer service applies to assist inquiries over phone, email and social media. Also person in charge for handling customer accounts, complaints and other related concerns.

Real time Analyst -real time monitoring of staffing variance, attends to schedule concerns, send realtime and end of day reports as per client's needs
Account Manager (VOIP) - taking supervisor calls; basically saves customer on cancelling or disconnecting accounts
Customer Care Representative (VOIP) - assisted customer to understand their billings, answers general inquiries regarding products and services; basic troubleshooting on technical issues and assures customer's service satisfaction

As customer service representative I am handling both inbound and outbound calls for a known Imaging company to dispatch technicians on site to their kiosks all over US. Also assures supplies for imaging products are sustained and address basic troubleshooting steps to customers. Upsell products and services is my secondary role.

As a guest relation officer, I mainly handle reservations and bookings. I assure customers are seated and comfortable during their dining. I also act as an immediate officer for customer related issues. Assures quality of food being served are met and customer satisfaction. Organize events and private parties.

Team leader / Store manager- Makes daily, weekly and yearly sales report. Participates on yearly inventories and makes it actual report. Make myself available as a reliever for other branches.
Telemarketer- Phone in customers for collections of past due balance of rented movie tapes. Call up for agreements with delinquent customers. Schedule meetings with schools and universities for tie up promos. Up sell products inside and outside of the store
Family Service Representative/Store crew - Customer assistance. Up sell products inside and outside of the store. Also serves as a cashier and participates on the end of the day sales report
