• Leading procurement and contracting activities for Project Development and Construction (EPC contracts),
including new construction and plant enhancement & installations,

• Implementation of pre-award C&P policies, procedures and practices, including:
◦ market research and Vendors prequalification,
◦ control of completion of purchase requisition package (including minimum requirements and
technical evaluation plan, cost estimates and BOQ),

the Project.
• Control of contractors compliance performance. Vendors qualification for vendor database registration
purposes and vendors prequalification as part of tendering - compliance area.
• Managing due diligence review of potential counterparties and company contractors. Development of
detailed Guidelines and questionnaires, Red Flags criteria.
• Management and contract administration of service provider (Dow Jones database).
• Managing company personnels conflict of interest. Personnel compliance trainings and consultations
(induction, specific, refreshments and exit).
• Involvement in goods import/ export procedures as per compliance advisory/ support function in accordance
with Code of Ethics and relevant training;
• Participating in cost recovery audit.
Specific achievements:
• More than 500 Tender Boards decisions, revision of 50% proposed recommendations for procurement
decisions. More than 1000 contract documents, modification of 80% drafts.
• Implementation of Company new Compliance procedures and policies (Code of Conduct, Integrity Due
Procedure, Conflict Development of the tailored SAP SLC module for assessment of contractors performance.
