Successfully changed the structure of two rival service centres by introducing personal customer adviser roles. Reduced competition between crews of mechanics and increased customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction increase from 95% to 98%.
Reduced labour cost by restructuring after hours stand-by procedure. Reduced overtime to almost zero hours per month.

Created partnerships with our sister company-Volvo Bus Factory which resulted in eliminating unsold workshop hours in the Service Centre and immediate resolution of production flows on bus production lines.
