DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meeting with international clients and consultants.
* Handling sales Executive to achieve the target and more Commissioning of projects.
* Handover of the projects to Clients.
a. Handling of various projects throughout the U.A.E.
b. Making programme for each projects & finishing each projects on scheduled time.
c. Making detailed weekly project report as per site progress of work
d. Assigning jobs to project incharge.
e. Giving targets to project incharges to complete the project on scheduled time.
f. Giving technical instructions to project incharges.
g. Analysing each projects as per site conditions & giving solutions to each project incharges.
h. Controlling all the project incharges.
i. Preparing B.O.Q. for monthly invoicing as per the site progress.
j. Attending weekly meeting with the entire site charge and giving instructions for the progress of
work.
k. Preparation of B.O.Q. from the relevant drawings & doing the estimation.
l. Good Co-ordination with Clients & Consultants.
m. Doing the payment follow-ups

Ensuring the targets to the site incharges
Making programme for each projects & try to finish on scheduled time
Co-ordination with clients & consultants throughout UAE
controlling the site incharges
preparation of B.O.Q from drawing & doing estimations
Preparation of shop drawings for GRC, GRP, PRE FABRICATED building, Synthetic
Marble and joinery
Site measurement taking & supervision
