Coordinate and track career development of engineers perform or assist mid-year/ Annual performance
evaluations of all engineering staff
Coodinating with local health, fire safety and building inspectors to ensure compliance with application codes
and regulations.
Coodinating on going rooms preventive maintenance programs.
Maintaining the building exterior and interior ( painting, landscape, swimming pool, garden, beach front
propertys ) if not serviced by the contractors.
Regular inspection with Suprivisors and engineers all around the propertys example, Mechanical machines (
HVAC, CHILLERS, FIRE and SAFETY systems, WATER AUTO PUMPING SECTION) plumbing, electrical, BMS
systems etc and solve in case any technical updates required .
Yearly budjecting, planing and redesign scheduling capEx/OpEx coodinating with CFO and CEO

Directs and coordinates water/wastewater activities of several disciplines on everything from major projects to
projects of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects
Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians in the design of municipal water and
wastewater treatment facilities as well as the contractors and construction staff on design/build projects
Understands and applies conventional and advanced treatment technologies to solve complex quality
challenges for propertys throughout the areas
Client development, maintenance, and management; contract preparation and negotiation; coordination with
regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling; and the establishment of critical project
objectives and performances

Work with a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians in the design of municipal water and
wastewater treatment and pumping facilities, as well as the contractors and construction staff on design/build
projects
Leads planning and study efforts related to water and wastewater facilities
Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and department
manager or managing principal for project reviews
Provide technical expertise and technical strategy for the development of project proposals
Make decisions on significant design Engineering
Execute training for personnel anf Help establish new quality standards and conduct quality control reviews of completed designs and will be viewed as a
technical expert with recognised authority in area of water and wastewater systems.
As a Chief Engineer independently coordinates the work of engineers and the balance of the multi- discipline
project team throughout the entire project development
Responsible for construction of all plant Equipment Machinerys service and overhauling / repairs of
GENERATORS. (CAT) ARTICULATED TRUCKS, ASPHALT PAVERS, BACKHOE LOADERS, COLD PLANERS,
COMPACTORS, DOZERS, DRANGLINES, DRILLS, ELECTRIC ROP SHOVELS, EXCAVATORS, HYDRAULIC MINING
SHOVELS, MOTOR GRADERS, OFF -HIGHWAY TRUCKS, PIPELAYERS, ROAD RECLAIMERS, SKID STEER &
COMPACT TRACK LOADERS, TELE HANDLERS, TRACK LOADERS, UNDER GROUND HARD ROCK
LOADERS, UNDER GROUND LONGWALL, WHEEL LOADERS, WHEEL TRACTOR SCRAPPERS.etc
Establish safety goals and objectives by ensuring job practices and safety equipment are used by technical
teams
.Implement and manage an effective training program for service technicians.
Improve productivity by evaluating and recommending changes and modifications to machinerys.
Implement all regulations by inspecting and meeting with Different Government representative before project
execution
Maintain a preventative maintenance program by developing regular checks of operating machine's and
ensuring an adequate supply of spare parts for maintained within the budget .
Participate in the budgeting process for the annual plan and major equipment expenditures by submitting the
cost reports.
Approve all purchase requisitions within the maintenance department by reviewing all maintenance purchase.
Responsibility of all plant machines and vehicles servicing/maintenance and new purchasing.
Responsibility of HSE training programs.
Implement of all Special machines modification program for projects in civil construction/ OIl and Gas site
Participate training program for computer numerical control machines, Electro Mechanical machine ( CNC ) to the operations
Fleet in charge of complete company Mechanical workshops and insurance policy accident claim suprendent of vehicles and machinery
• Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both in shop and at project sites.
• Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrate based on the manufactures recommendation or government standard.
• Reviews employee training to ensure a skilled mechanic workforce.
• Ensure the maintenance shop is properly maintained, functional and clean.
• Establishes and monitors preventive maintenance schedule on equipments.
• Establishes service schedule on equipment for warranty compliance
• Supports on the job projects including identifying all sources of equipments maintenance, fueling, repair and spare parts.
• Establishes productivity expectations and track the production and activity of mechanic work force.
• Manage inbound and outbound inspection process
• Ensure the ready status of idle equipment.
• Participates in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs .also purchase and sale new and used equipment as directed by management
• Develops and maintains files an all equipment for historical data

Diploma In Mechanical (auto) Engineering, in Hindustan Electronics Academy Bangalore India approved by AICTE New Delhi and Govt. of Karnataka.India 2000
