• Collaborating closely with client Document Controllers to establish and maintain effective project communication.

• Maintaining document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, Inspection Requests RFI(incoming & outgoing).

Projects Worked

Project 1: Aloft Hotel, Deira Dubai(RBG in Supervision Consultant role, Oct 2016- May 2018).
Based in site office for this project, I was responsible for coordinating with the Subconsultants of different disciplines to make sure that all the Design Drawings, Calculations and specifications are issued to the Main contractor on time during the Design stage and all Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Inspection requests, RFI etc are returned to the Main Contractor on time during the construction stage. Entire Documentation for this project was done in the Aconex system.

Project 2: ICD Brookfield Place DIFC, Dubai, UAE. (June 2018-Present)
Based in RBG Dubai office, I am responsible for the full construction stage documentation for this project making sure that any Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Inspection requests, RFI etc are properly distributed to the right person for review and are returned to the Contractor through Aconex before the due date.

Project 3: Abudhabi Bus Depot, Khalifa city (Sep 2019-present)
I am responsible for the Schematic, Detailed Design and Tender stage Documentation for this project. Entire Documentation for this project was done in the Oracle Primavera Unifier System.

Based in Dubai office, parallelly with the above projects, I was assisting the Design and Construction team for the below projects in its various stages.
i) Dubai Uptown Burj 2020 ii) Zayed National Museum iii) UAE Pavilion Expo 2020 project iv) Etihad Resort v) KIA Kuwait International Airport Phase 2 & 3 vi) KAAR Masar Tower vii) Battersea Phase 2 & 3 UK.

Worked in the Power Transmission and Distribution Division of Siemens who were the main Contractors for building Substations in UAE. During my stint with Siemens I was based in site office in the different projects I worked and was fully responsible for the Documentation & System/General administration of the Site office. Role in Siemens can be summarized as below.

• Fully responsible for the administration of the Day to day activities of the Site office.
• Responsible for the purchase of Site office consumables using Site Petty cash and Maintaining an accurate record of cash.
• Responsible for the purchase of Materials required in site during the Electrical Erection and installation stage of the project.
• Co-ordinating with the Main office Document Control team and ensuring that all latest drawings are available to the Sub contractors and also to the Siemens Electrical team and maintaining a current list of all “For construction” drawings.
• Preparing daily work reports and submitting to consultant after coordinating with different subcontractors.
• Raising Inspection requests to the consultant during the Civil construction stage (after coordinating with the subcontractors) and during Electrical installation stage of the project (after consultation with the Siemens Electrical team).
• Assisting the Site team in the preparation of RED Marked and As-Built drawings during project handover stage.
• Responsible for Maintaining the LAN at the Site office. Making new users and group and ensuring that only the right person is given access to a particular document.
• Installation, maintenance and giving access rights for printers at site.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
