Brand Management: Overall brand Management for Nirapara Spices & Rice in Dubai/Oman/Qatar/Bahrain&Kuwait
• Evaluate Category strength/opportunities for new brand
• Evaluate Major category contributor
• Fast moving sku’s and contribution for that particular brand
• Evaluating the customer needs and how does the SKU satisfies the customer need
• Developing a brand in that category
• Selection of SKU’s - regular and promotion
• Required government approvals (DM) responsibility
• Product quality with respect to competition for example packing and grammage
• Comparing the market price and finalizing the value chain
• ATL & BTL activities, Visibility & Investment plan, Promotional activities
• Sampling if necessary
• Selection of distributor
• Selection of various channels and chains in that channel - according to the SKU’s target segment
• Finalizing RSP and PTT
• Budgeting - Top line, A&P, Bottom-line
• Setting of sales targets chain wise, area wise along with distributor
• Market Visit - A V P KPIs being met
• Inventory turnover management - aging stock and liquidation action
• Regular sales follow up with the distributor
• Implement Brands reporting systems with the distributor
