•Prepare full year AnP budgets of each brand factoring various parameters such as Product Pricing, Fixed visibility, Secondary visibility, Promo Packs, Instore Branding, Thematic promotions with Key Accounts etc.
•Deliverables included revenue targets, numeric distribution, basket penetration, promotions & share of shelf.
•Forecasting annual sales volume along with promo intensity in alignment with promo calendar of Key Accounts such as MAF, Meera, Lulu etc.
