Managing Project Management Office for the Market Unit of Ericsson
Deployed the CPM@Ericsson and implementing the same across the MU. Drive the implementation of other Global Tools and Methods including SAP, Site Handlder and Primavera Based MORE
Monitoring Project Efficiencies across all 95 Projects across MU and enforcing corrective measures.

Technical Evaluation of the 1400 MT Mounded LPG storage at Pampore.
Supervised independently the construction and Erection and commissioning of the 1400 MT Mounded storage.
Independently handled retail-marketing area incl. 15 kiosks & 23 LPG agencies.
Undertook Market Surveys in potential areas and Commissioned 5 new retail outlets and 8 new gas agencies including storage sheds.
Developed and augmented retail facilities including economic evaluation purchase requisition and supervision of construction activities.
