 Led the client engagement for key accounts, engaging directly with client’s executive leadership and hiring managers to clearly define keys to hire and long-term business requirements, and aligned closely with internal HR and TA teams to develop talent sourcing plans that match their staffing requirements and KPIs.
 Managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and Research Associates to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles for all positions. Our focus as a team is to maintain Speed, Quality, and Volume of introductions for all projects. My role is to drive the execution of projects while helping these team members identify growth opportunities, develop skills, and build development plans. I have established and communicated performance expectations, identified, and addressed gaps and monitored performance to ensure plans are met.
 Executive Recruiting and leading RPO teams for a variety of projects including Nuclear, Artificial Intelligence, Technology (Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing), Oil & Gas and Aerospace/ Aviation) throughout the Middle East & Asia
 Establishing & maintaining KPIs, internal & external performance reporting, tracking, and monitoring the financial performance of the team.
 Key clients included (but not limited to): Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation/ NAWAH Energy, Expo 2020, Royal Group, Group 42, Aldar Properties, YALJ Group and Dubai Future Foundation.

The Heart of Europe is a cluster of six islands on The World in Dubai, a project made up of 300 islands reclaimed from the sea in the shape of the world map. The concept for The Heart of Europe is based on destinations across Europe. The design includes twelve themed hotels with a total of 4000 keys, 7 private palaces, 34 villas, and 130 floating villas “Floating Seahorses”.
•Providing advice to staffing managers and employees on any visa questions.
•Providing guidance with ER issues including disciplinary, grievances, performance management, absence management and delivering advice to staff on aspects of employment law, company policy; flexible working, leave of absences and externship programs.
•Delivering HR programs and activities including Induction, compensation and benefits, employee relations, feedback systems (surveys and performance review processes), international transfers, HRIS and exit procedures
•Taking part and managing actions from the bi-weekly HR committee’s meetings that are collaboratively discussed with the Project Director, HRVP, HRM and the staffing teams.
•Responsible for the recruitment of corporate service staff, working with PSLs and conducting HR interviews.
•Managing the full-on boarding process, conducting new joiner trainings running through company policy and employment laws, signing up candidates to relevant trainings and assigning new equipment
•Led and was a part of blue collar hiring via multiple recruitment drives in India.

Fresh out of college I joined Accenture as part of their volume hiring team. First as part of their assessment center and responsible only for the interviewing of applicants. My work ethic and achievements resulted in me becoming part of the sourcing team, in charge of a group of 9 consultants, responsible for sourcing targets as high as 120 a month and as low as 40 a month.
My consistent track record paved way for a position within the referral hiring team filling jobs through internal sources. By the use of my Marketing and campaign management skills I launched one of the most successful referral schemes within the organization and increased the referral team’s deliverables to 80 joiners per month.
Due to my market knowledge and continued success, I was asked to set up the Direct Channel or Zero Cost Hire team. Here I trained a team of 6 tele consultants and got the ball rolling in acquiring talent at Zero Cost before relocating to the UAE.
