Coordinate with QA/QC Manager to develop & submit all QA/QC documents like MS, ITP & Checklists for Inspection for client's approval.
Liaising with Site Engineers & Subcontractors for raising RFI to Consultant 24 hours prior to inspection.
Carry out inspection of all Construction work at site (Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring, Bored Piles, Micro Piles, Paving, Precast members Installation, Protective Coating, Interlock) and ensure that all activities at site are as per Project Specification.
To make sure that all ongoing work on site is as per latest revision of IFC drawings & previous revision has been removed from site.
Inspection of Surveillance & Monitoring Point during execution to make sure that it’s as per project specs.
Follow up with consultant for closure/approval of RFI’s by providing related test certificates & data (Survey reports, Cube Crushing Reports, FDT reports)
To make sure that all materials arrived at site are as per approved MAR & properly stored/covered.
Coordinating with consultant/main contractor & site engineer for closure of site observation/instruction & NCR. (if any)
Carry out internal audit with QA Manager at site as scheduled in Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Pre-pour, Post-pour & Pre-delivery Inspection of Hollow Core, Wall Panels, Double Tee & other Skelton Elements as per approved shop drawings.
Inspect multiple stressing/elongation of strands for each bed of HCS & Double Tee & make sure that bed is properly clean/clear & release agent applied.
Inspect Reinforcement & embedded items of all PC Elements (Electric Box, lifting anchors, ropes, dowels & threaded bars) according to reinforcement details.
Supervise the casting of HCS and ensures that the concrete used is of quality neither too dry which will cause drag marks nor too wet which would cause excessive sagging.
Monitor the casting of panels & Skelton elements on EBAWE & TILTING molds..
Inspect & ensure the element's dimensions including sizes and locations of cut-outs comply with the cutting list and production drawing.
Inspect the finishing of element (sandblast finish, finish on retarded surface, finish on far face and near face to be painted) that must comply on the required premises.
Supervise and check before and after erection/installation of Pre-Cast elements at site to meet the ever changing requirements of qualifying factors of clients.
Visit different sites /projects to resolve the issues regarding Quality of PC elements if NCR rose by erection department, client or third party.
Check and evaluate if the client’s comments and requirements were followed and done properly to close NCR.
Prepare Pre-pour & Post pour Inspection Reports, daily Production Monitoring Report, Daily Delivery Monitoring Report & also update in data base project wise.
Raise NCR report with Picture taken at the spot/site in case of any Non Conformance.
Inspect new arrived materials (Deform Bar, Epoxy Coated Rebar, Strands, and Insulation Foam as per given standards.
Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, ITP and work instructions.
Perform inspection of all sewer lines according to approved MS, ITP & drawings.
Perform sanitary sewer inspections from the building to the sanitary sewer main.
Monitor concrete pouring (slump, temperature etc).
To Make sure that initial / final back filling for sewer line is as per required procedure & back filling material is as per specification of project (free from big rocks, debris etc)
Monitor the compaction procedure within the Trench & during layer wise back filling.
Perform inspections of manholes and identify those that require repairing/rectification.
Monitor bedding of manholes also proper waterproofing for a successful leak test.
Cary out Inspection of all materials delivered at site to make sure that its as per specification of project.
In process and Final Inspection of all jobs carried out at site in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector.
Raise internal Site Observation/NCR and perform all follow-up inspections for closure.
Advice Service Contract personnel for taking appropriate corrective & preventive action on NCR
To Keep the record updated of all Inspections on daily basis.
Attending weekly & fortnightly meetings about project development & working
Complete all paperwork associated with these tasks plus updating various databases.
To monitor the boring/casting of piles, pile tests, breaking of piles, pile cap foundation, piers & abutment walls (precast + cast-in-situ)..
Inspect all form works & reinforcement before casting & raise RFI to consultant for inspection and approval.
Monitor precast girders casting in precast yard. Form work reinforcement, concrete testing.
Monitoring post-tension of strands to meet required stressing, proper anchorage and anchor cover.
Monitor grouting process.
Take appropriate action to clear the comments of Consultant if any & Closure of NCR after reinspecting relevant work by consultant’s Inspector.
Attend weekly meeting with the consultant QC Manager.
Inspecting / checking Layout for sewer line manholes etc.
Inspect the excavation work to meet require level.
Maintain all level from previous lines to holding tanks & also previous lateral/extended lines to manholes.
Also maintain the level from holding tank to new sewer line.
Monitor the jointing process (bell & spigot), rubber seal lubricated properly and pipe should be in proper alignment to avoid and damage.
Inspect concrete (slump, temperature, workability) before & during pouring.
Inspect reinforcement, form works & proper covering before concrete pouring.
Monitor backfilling process layer wise & back filling material must be free of big rocks to not damage the pipeline.
Making / updating daily reports.
Perform other additional duties also as assigned by Project Manager.
Perform Pre-pour (Mold Preparation, Strand Elongation, Reinforcement, Form works, Pouring) & post Pour Inspection (Curing, Dimension of PC Member, appearance/finishing, repair work) for Girders, TT Planks, Boundary Wall Columns/Planks, RCC Slabs.
Monitor concrete at plant batch wise (slump, temperature)
Monitor transportation & pouring of concrete to different sections.
Monitor compression tests of cubes batch wise
To ensure production is according to specifications & quality requirements
Keep the record of daily reports updated & in order.
