Managing client expectations - daily interactions with the clients’ executive leadership and sponsors; develop and manage team deliverables; lead the project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule; manage client, project, and vendor teams

Capacity Building - Training Policy, Training curriculum development, Training delivery, Training content development, Training Program design for - Master Trainer, Direct Training Skills and Management of Training
Partner in creating and implementing change management plans for long term transformation/ transition that minimize resistance and maximize engagement of the citizens and government employees
Using ICT in driving faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency of government services impacting change and good governance initiative
- Implementation of Capacity Building Scheme under National e-Governance Plan across all States/ UTS in India
- Define and establish organizational structure for eGovernance with appropriate staff roles and competences needed
- Coordinate and collaborate with the States/ UTs and facilitate in the development and achievement of Capacity building targets set
- Organize and execute National and International workshops/ training for Government officials to create awareness on eGovernance and share Best Practices
- Identify Technology and CB Execution Partners across India, monitor their delivery and the budget
- Annual budgeting for CB Scheme - for the allocated fund (State/ UT wise) utilized every year and plan ahead
- Plan and manage annual employee learning & development and organization knowledge management strategy
- Support business heads in driving key organization development initiatives
- Learning content development and strategies delivery methodologies
- Manage the on-boarding of new employees and strategies their induction basis the level of entry
- Intervention in the existing processes at Corporate HR level - automations, strategic & business alignment
- Annual budgeting, Vendor management and general administration of the organization assets
- PCMM framework based gap analysis, audit and action planning
