- Responsible for handling all the secretarial tasks such as routing all the
messages/inquiries to the General Manager. Responding to all emails from the
clients/suppliers, preparing quotations and LPO’s as well.
- Arranging meetings, bookings for The General Manager travels and hotels
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory
level anticipation.
- All the needed supplies: from placing and expediting orders for supplies to verifying
receipt of supplies.
- Handling client’s inquiries over the phone.
- Assisting the General Manager in all the work tasks
- Over all in charge in taking care of the office.
