Accompany them for the field at early stages after their hiring and then whenever required.
Collaborate with the sales team to discuss performance and resolve issues in the field on weekly
meetings.
Creating sales strategies with the team and executing them on deadlines.
Preparing monthly dashboard and presentation for management.

Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, prepared a trial balance and

Conducting all types of marketing including digital and non-digital marketing methods such as social
media marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, digital marketing, print marketing etc.
Holding marketing sessions and campaigns at different locations occurring direct face-to-face
interaction with people and giving complete product information to them
Looking after all the operations of the restaurant for the shift.
