Responsible for the development of a new bank product «Loans for micro-enterprises» -built an extensive database and partnerships with corporate clients, managed and serviced the portfolio of accounts:
• Attracted new business clients (cold calls & emails, handling walk-in customers)
• Advised clients on the most suitable credit programs
• Assisted customers with loan applications and supervised all related activities
• Conducted evaluation of creditworthiness through analysis of financial statements and examination of legal, labor, tax environment and market situation of the companies
• Prepared documentations for the deals
• Conducted tracking and monitored loan execution

Raiffeisenbank is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Austria); it is one of the largest financial institutions in Russia (ranked 14 in terms of Total Assets).

• Developed new business relationships and enhanced the profitability of the existing customer base (around 2000 clients)
• Managed opening and closing of corporate accounts, collected from a client the necessary information on company`s activities, customers & suppliers, management team and financial projections
• Ensured compliance with laws and regulations, conducted KYC and AML process
• Provided solutions tailored to the banking needs of business clients (cash and settlement services, electronic banking, foreign exchange, payroll solutions, trade and export finance etc.)

Achievements and accomplishments:
• Managed transition activities during the merger process between Raiffeisenbank and IMPEKSBANK
• Trained and mentored 2 new employees

Bank Primorye is among the largest regional banks in Russian Federation.
Managed the daily interactions with business clients (around 300 customers) - administered and provided comprehensive business banking services, promoted the most suitable bank products
• Conducted KYC procedures
• Processed banking transactions
• Executed the Bank’s charges (on a daily, monthly and yearly basis)
• Dealt with customer queries and complaints
• Provided customized solutions for bank’s VIP-clients (United Russia party etc.)
