Operates, and uses accelerated environmental test system such as Temperature Cycling, Thermal Shock, Moisture Preconditioning, Solder Reflow, and High Temp Storage and Biased Test equipment such as HAST, HTOL, EFR and LFR in accordance with applicable operating procedures
Reviews reliability stress plan based on traveler and/or trip ticket
Identifies availability of reliability equipment and plans loading schedules
Maintains load and unload database to track evaluation lots
Prepares and accounts samples from reliability lots
Performs electrical testing or reliability lots
Makes sure that lot traveler and/or trip tickets are properly filled out and that database is updated
Checks preventive maintenance and calibration schedules of reliability equipment daily
Informs maintenance and calibration group regarding schedule of PM and calibration
Ensures that workplace is conducive to working effectively
Apply safety and housekeeping in day to day reliability activities
Performs other functions assigned from time to time by the Reliability Engineer
