Negotiate/ Haggle prices to supplier
-In charge of making Purchase Order of approved sample design for imported and local
supplier
-Responsible for doing fabric cutting reports for local supplier
-Fully responsible in sending and putting design into work after handover from Designer,
Taking considerations of all requirements and standard set on specific garment
-Reviews product samples for measurements against spec, construction, fabric suitability,
design aesthetic and functionality
-Leads fit sessions for own product and send detailed fit comments to the suppliers
-Updating and monitoring of Order Tracking Sheet (from design, development of sample,
production up to deliveries) for 3 Brands
-In charge of preparing for monthly shipment. Consolidating shipment invoices and packing
list, computing CBM and other necessary details then submit to shipper/broker
-In charge of allocating stocks for boutique stores
-Prepares procurement order form for fabrics
-Checking and consolidating all necessary documents for payment remittance
-Team player who collaborates and directs
with ease, motivating and developing others
within the team
