A. OFFICE DUTIES
• Assist the Area Manager in office works and any tasks assigned by him.
• Prepare various letters to the clients.
• Preparing Partner Success Plan
• Preparing reports and presentation needed by the Area Manager: sales, commercial, operational, team, and marketing reports to track performance, revenue, budgets, and project progress across assigned territories.
- Sales & Revenue Reports
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by territory, region, or branch.
Sales target vs achievement analysis.
Product-wise or category-wise sales reports.
Key account performance and pipeline tracking.
- Commercial & Financial Reports
Budget utilization and cost tracking.
Margin and profitability analysis.
Expense reports for operations, marketing, or branch activities.
- Operational Reports
Project status reports
Inventory and stock reports.
- Team & HR Reports
Sales team performance and KPI tracking.
Attendance, productivity, and field activity reports.
Training needs and team development updates.
- Marketing & MARCOM Reports
Marketing activity reports, campaign performance, and material usage.
Customer feedback or market survey summaries.
Sample boards, catalogue distribution, and promotional activities tracking

• Commercial Executive - Legrand: managed tender submissions, project costing, key account support, and commercial operations for electrical solutions.
• Sales Support & Customer Liaison: Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and clients to provide commercial support for Legrand electrical solutions.
• Tendering & Prequalification: Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and prequalification documents for projects in compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Costing & Pricing Analysis: Conduct project costing, pricing strategy, and margin analysis to ensure competitive and profitable proposals.
• Commercial Documentation: Manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (technical, procurement, and logistics) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Partner & Key Account Support: Maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and consultants, providing commercial guidance and resolving issues.
• Budget & Reporting: Track project budgets, prepare reports, and provide insights for management to support financial decision-making.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, regional regulations, and project specifications.
• MARCOM & Marketing Support: Assist in preparing catalogues, product data sheets, and sample boards for sales presentations and client approvals.
• Familiarized in Salesforce.com, excel quotation tool, Oracle
