My time with CBD was short due to early maternity leave. I did however, love the Brand and enjoyed working with the Professionals there. As an institution, I highly recommend them as an Employer of Choice.
• In conjunction with the Head of Talent Resourcing, developed a new UAE National Graduate Management program, Tumooh, partnering with academic institutions, career fairs, open days and a social media strategy targeting bright and motivated UAE Nationals.
• Implemented a new resourcing & on-boarding policy, streamlined processes and operationalised competency-based interviews, created an interview question bank and psychometric assessments which gained the confidence of hiring managers.
• Worked with the CHRO and Head of Resourcing & Talent members to deliver the bank’s transformation strategy.
• Led my teams delivery on resourcing, talent and Emiratisation work projects aligned to the Bank’s transformation strategy.
• Advised senior managers on business restructuring, redeploying resources, and other resourcing solutions.
• Responsible for Senior resourcing.
• Worked with the Chief Transformation Office on the structure and resourcing of the digital transformation team which delivered the UAE’s first Digital Bank - CBD NOW.
• Talent initiatives included involved supporting and assisting the design of a 12-month pilot program - ‘Women Leadership’.
• Implemented the Senior Talent Interview Review Process and supported in the Succession Planning and Mentoring and coaching programs.
• With the use of Social Media, internal Marketing and 3rd party vendors, refreshed the Employee Brand and Candidate Sourcing Strategy, and increased usage of social media channels, which resulted in doubling the Bank’s Talent Brand Index (LinkedIn).
• Encouraged the sourcing of internal talent, providing career and development opportunities for existing employees.
• Defined strategic initiatives to build external talent pipelines, in particular for key/ critical roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Defined and documented hiring forecasts with FGB Group Heads and Hiring Managers
• Actioned and approved new hiring requisitions, working with hiring managers to achieve TAT Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations and requirements
