Estimator / Quantity surveyor

Prepares cost estimates as required.
Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budget.
Preparation of material takes off for project or tender procedure and job on hand.
Preparing of detailed comparison sheet b/w client qty & main contractor qty using plan swift software.
Assist in project planning, equipment scheduling & other contractual issues.
Prepare quotation for tender & ongoing project, aluminum and glazing work, 4-way structural glazing, curtain wall, doors, windows, skylight, frameless glazing, Cladding & other complicated façade solution.
Coordination between Accounts department and other departments for the subcontractor’s invoices and payment certificates
Design aluminum and glazing work & prepare shop drawing.
Calculating system materials & non system materials separately & check the availability at factory store before making material order forms.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities
Attending meetings and competently communicate with Consultant Engineers, Sub Contractors.
Producing and processing Site measurements for Billing. • Crosscheck and confirm the submitted bills of Sub-Contactors
Cross Checking of executed works with provided detailed designs and drawings
Reporting progress and monitoring cost
Monitoring resources and maintaining progress against budgets.
Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
Prepare drawing for Commercial And Residential Building Plan, Section, Front Elevation& Side Elevations




As Project Supervisor:


Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project.
Analyzing reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs and geologic data through survey to plan projects.
Inspecting project sites to monitor progress.
Ensuring design specifications and safety standards on the project site, Handling direct operations and maintenance activities on project site.
Surveying and establish reference points and elevations to guide construction.
Building permits applications.
Staying in contact with vendors, suppliers and clients to build strong business relationship which helps in generating additional project work.
Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project.
Handling the construction lay out and map designing.
Checking of the safety of workers and others at the site.
Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working.
Maintain all the records of the projects.




As Site Engineer:

Supervising Projects, including sub-contractors, In-house & External Contractors.
Attending meetings and competently communicate with Consultant Engineers, Sub Contractors.

Maintenance of daily Work & Man Power records.
Cross Checking of executed works with provided detailed designs and drawings
Reporting progress and monitoring cost
Monitoring resources and maintaining progress against budgets.
Organizing human and material resources on site.
Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
