Recruited as part of the Executive Management Team to lead the implementation of financial strategies to support the development and to future-proof the Hospital. Managing the company’s working capital, treasury, business and cash flow projections, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory governance. Achievements:
 Spearhead the implementation of the Revenue Cycle Model, implementing structure, systems and protocols as part of the greenfield project.
 Engaged with senior stakeholders to understand complex business requirements, developing budgets and forecasts with underpinning performance management to define, control and monitor financial performance; providing enhanced management information and commentary to aid senior-level decision making.
 Managed fundraising and refinancing existing debt of AED 500 million; creating an RFP to 8 significant UAE banks and leading finance negotiations to secure funding within difficult and challenging market conditions.
 Analysed existing software and system across the finance division, discovering non-adherence to local requirements. Led immediate remedial process to re-engineer the software, alongside third-party software teams to ensure fit-for-purpose deliverables with stringent adherence to local laws and insurance requirements.
