• Conducted daily site visits and distributes manpower, progress monitoring, address any technical challenges, and ensure works are in accordance with QA/QC standard and other relevant guidelines.
• Identifies manpower requirements at site and distribute in accordance to work fronts, baseline program and manpower histogram.
• Lead the team by providing technical guidance ex. • Facilitated smooth commercial operations by providing crucial QS support to commercial manager or project director/project manager, enhancing financial efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Successfully delivered two major projects designated for the World Cup 2022. The contract scope included design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete MEP works (internal & external).
