Manage the project “CVS Pharmacy”: Online client support, distribution of the tasks, contact with the team on site, set up delivery dates and schedule the new requirements, collaborate with and guide the team through development and testing phases; plan, organize and perform tuning, follow up with the dba team.
Manage the project “Monoprix”: Collaborate with and guide a team of five developers through the migration of the application to a new version from V5.09 to V6.01 to apply the new requirement and specification.
