Key Tasks and responsibilities :

 Job and Resource Planning / Scheduling & Controlling through Primavera Software P3.
 Preparing Manpower & Equipment requirement / Forecast plan and time to time updating the same by Monitoring & Controlling of Manpower Utilization.
 Preparing monthly Direct Material & Consumables Requirement Plan
 Project progress monitoring and controlling by utilizing company / client standard formats and generate various progress based S-curves.
 Develop mechanisms for project monitoring with client and also with senior management by periodic project review meetings.
 Monitor the progress and compare with the contractual commitments.
 Preparing a Budget and controlling the project by monitoring / controlling the Cost (cash flow) of project, to deliver the project within Budget and time and achieve the project profitability.
 Keep tracking of project critical deliverables.
 Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting the management and also giving mitigation plan to mitigate the impact.
 Participate in subcontracting the job. Coordination and interface with client and sub-contractors.

On Dolphin Project DESCON had executed 4.2 Million man-hours and 131Million USD job. The Major jobs done by DESCON on this project are as follows:

 Turnaround / Shutdown job planning of Ammonia and Urea Plants by using Microsoft Project and ATC software’s.
 Resource (Man, Material and Equipment) Planning for Day to Day maintenance and Shutdown.
