• HO based since Sep-2014 to Till date, handling various E&I EPC Projects and Construction Project (24 Projects) related to ADMA / ADCO / ZADCO / ADGAS / ABB / Petrofac / TR / Etisalat / Emirate Steel.
• Site based from Sep-2013 to Aug-2014, handled Daewoo E&C Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project (RRE#4).
• Site based from Dec-2011 to Aug-2013, handled GASCO 4th NGL, Ruwais Refinery Project, UAE.
In this Project Kharafi National is doing near-about 35 Million direct man-hours and approx 800 Million USD job. The Major jobs which KN is doing on this Project are as follows :

Key Tasks and responsibilities :
Job and Resource Planning / Scheduling & Controlling through Primavera Software P3.
Preparing Manpower & Equipment requirement / Forecast plan and time to time updating the same by Monitoring & Controlling of Manpower Utilization.
Preparing monthly Direct Material & Consumables Requirement Plan
Project progress monitoring and controlling by utilizing company / client standard formats and generate various progress based S-curves.
Develop mechanisms for project monitoring with client and also with senior management by periodic project review meetings.
Monitor the progress and compare with the contractual commitments.
Preparing a Budget and controlling the project by monitoring / controlling the Cost (cash flow) of project, to deliver the project within Budget and time and achieve the project profitability.
Keep tracking of project critical deliverables.
Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting the management and also giving mitigation plan to mitigate the impact.
Participate in subcontracting the job. Coordination and interface with client and sub-contractors.
Ensuring timely & correct progress reporting and invoicing the Normal work and exra work.
Responsible for facilities planning like TSF, Camp etc.
Under Pearl SHELL GTL Project DESCON had worked there as a one of the main Civil & Mechanical Construction sub-contractor of SHELL. DESCON also played as an EPC contractor role for executing 16 tanks. On Shell Project DESCON has executed 8.9 Million man-hours and 200 Million USD job. Descon performed Major jobs are :

Under Dolphin Project, Dolphin Energy Ltd. (DEL) had constructed the world biggest Gas Plant in Qatar. DESCON was one of the main sub-contractor of this project, under main Contractor JGC, Japan. Here DESCON had executed all Mechanical, Painting & Insulation job of MC-3 area.
On Dolphin Project DESCON had executed 4.2 Million man-hours and 131Million USD job. The Major jobs done by DESCON on this project are as follows:
• Steel Structure Erection - 5500 Ton, Pipe Fabrication & Erection : 4.5 Lac ID
• Pipe Support Erection - 520 Ton, Painting - 3.5 Lac m2
• Insulation - 50, 000 LM, Equipment Erection - 3500 Ton
• Flare Erection - 980 Ton Package Installation - 21Nos

In SAFCO I worked as a Sr. Planning Engineer (Shutdown and Day to Day Maintenance) on two year contract basis through JAL International. Responsible for following activities:
Day-to-day plant maintenance job planning of Ammonia & Urea plant by using PRISM software.
Turnaround / Shutdown job planning of Ammonia and Urea Plants by using Microsoft Project and ATC software’s.
Resource (Man, Material and Equipment) Planning for Day to Day maintenance and Shutdown.
Liaise with subcontractor and respective department heads for proper controlled job planning.
Also done Plant modification jobs (PMA) planning.
Maintained Plant / Equipment history by utilizing PRISM software and PM (Plant Maintenance) Module of SAP R/3.

In this plant I was worked as Dy. Manager Planning (Shutdown, Breakdown & Special Job).
Key tasks and responsibilities :
Job Planning for Turnaround / Shutdown, Breakdown and Special jobs.
Preparing / coordinating / marking up the turnaround/shutdown/breakdown/special job plans by using Primavera software.
Resource (Man, Equipment & Material)Planning for Turnaround / Shutdown, Breakdown and Special jobs.
Maintaining plant history and preventing maintenance schedule by own developed Fox-pro based software in first year and later on in SAP R3 by using PM module.
Core member of implementing team of “Plant Maintenance (PM) Module” and “Material Management (MM) Module” of SAP R/3.

Here worked as Mechanical Maintenance Engineer and associated with day-to-day maintenance and responsible for the supervision, trouble free operation and fault diagnosis of the following area in the continuous process plant by using advance measuring tools like SPM.
(i) Paper Machine (ii) Stock Preparation Plant (iii) Re-winder and cutters associated with the following equipments:
(a) Gear Boxes, (b) Agitators, (c) Kroftas, (d) Pumps, (e) Rolls, (f) Compressors & (g) Refiners etc.
Scheduling the preventive maintenance pertaining to above areas and updating them by maintaining the following records by using MIS software:
