As a CFO I manage the Financial and accounting aspects of the company and am responsible for the following:
Financial statements & reporting, accounting policies and procedures, cash flow planning & control, Preparing Offers for Global Tenders & Negotiations, capital & operating Budgeting, taxation, auditing, transfer pricing and business process improvements and benchmarking.
Responsible for getting the audits done and the income tax and transfer pricing assessments.
M/s K & Co. has been in the business of leasing, financing and Lotteries. The annual turnover of M/s K & Co. had been around Rs. 16 Billion. Its total strength of employees had been around 350 plus with about 40 in Finance & Accounts department.
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements; Coordination with independent Statutory and Internal Auditors.
Supervised Accounting Department, including monthly financial close. Responsible for local internal control (both financial and administrative) and for all coordination with auditors.
Responsible for analysis of cases of financing, their terms and their adherence to the timely repayment schedules and other requirements.
Preparation of Daily Cash Flow Statement of the Firm and the analysis of the deviations with Planned Statements and Corrective actions.
Preparation of all the relevant details and explanations required by Income Tax Assessing Officer and Transfer Pricing Officers of Income Tax Department.
