Work with HR team and business users in defining business requirements and prepare related documents for the implementation of HRMS for the bank - Employee Contract, Payroll, Leave Management, Employee Self Service modules
Work with Vendor and Development teams in documenting/reviewing functional /non-functional design specification based on business requirement
Work closely with business users and Vendor to track the life cycle of project.
Build manual test scripts and requirement documents
Execute test cases and certify for deliverables
Provide on-going support on the system by maintaining and developing business requirements
Facilitate training sessions and produce training material
Work with other IT systems to draw the required data, doing interface and available solutions for the users
Provide assistance and guidance to users in understanding system functionality.
Support UAT and LIVE issues
Updating patches and perform up-gradation of application
Review system requirement definition and design definition
Work with development team to understand the client requirement
Create test scripts for Functional and Non-functional features
Execute Manual testing which includes Installer and Functional testing of the different modules in application
Report bugs and to keep a track of the same
Create User Manuals/ Guides for the modules
Facilitate training to Functional Consultants and Clients
Provide support to clients in LIVE issues of the software
Review system design definition
Create test scripts for Functional and Non-functional features
Execute Manual Black Box testing of the different module in software which includes Installer, Deployment, Functional, UI and Release Testing
Reporting bugs and keeping a track of the Defect tracking system
Execute Localization (L10N) testing of the software
Manage and assist junior associates in the team
