Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for management of material and human resources on sites;
• Finding problems & giving solutions for execution of works at site;
• Coordinate with site inspectors to check the ongoing project status and development;
• Established and implemented work schedules and adjusted them to meet project deadlines;
• Track and monitor that materials delivered to site are check and verified for correct quality, quantity and type ordered;
• Check the material quality as per prescribed standards;
• Preparing measurement sheets, bar bending schedules for reinforcement steel etc. for interim payment application;
• Execution of works according to project specifications and IFC drawings
• Inspecting the site on a daily basis to ensure conformity of the established quality/ safety standards;

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Cost Planning to meet client’s requirements and decision for budget and through most effective design options;
• Preparation of tender evaluation reports considering pre-qualification documents and evaluation strategies;
• Prepare Bills of Quantities by carry out take-off measurement;
• Review and evaluation of Contractor’s monthly progress claims;
• Preparation Post contract correspondence relating to assigned contract administration including prepare contract change notices, reporting through Cost Reports for client;
• Review the drawings and Engineer's instructions for prepare of Work Order request through in e-builder and PM-Web;
• Maintain organized files for each contract which includes the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes and amendments.
